FULL MEMBER
Rental Central is inviting onsite managers to become part of the team. Over the past 5 years Rental Central has been engaged by many onsite managers to assist in securing suitable tenants.
Full membership entitles you to list available property onto www.rentalcentral.com.au with your own personal log in details. This means you can update and list any property , anytime. The cost of this service is $120 per month for a 6 month contract or $100 a month if you sign a 12 month contract.
You MUST have a current salesperson certificate
CASUAL MEMBERSHIP
The second option available to onsite managers is the "LET FEE ONLY" option. This is when you may have a particular property you require assistance with and would like to engage the help of an agent and only lose the let fee, (NOT THE MANAGEMENT) should Rental Central be successful in obtaining a suitable tenant.

SALES REFERRALS
Rental Central is offering all on-site managers a 30% sales referral fee.
A referral fee of 30% of the sales commission will be paid to an onsite manager upon a sale of a property by B.R.T.S where the vendor was referred to B.R.T.S by an onsite manager.
Rental Central holds a full realestate license trading as Brisbane Residential Tenancy Service.
